Your first session is a conversation, not an assessment. Your clinician will take time to understand your situation, your history, and what you are hoping to change. Nothing is expected from you except honesty. At the end, you'll receive clear guidance on the recommended approach and what the next steps look like.

Therapy uses structured conversations and evidence-based techniques to help you understand and shift patterns of thought, feeling, and behaviour. Psychiatry involves a medical doctor who can diagnose mental health conditions and, where appropriate, prescribe medication. Many clients benefit from both — our team will help you understand which applies to your situation.

Yes. Everything you share with your clinician is strictly confidential. We adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS). The only exceptions are rare situations involving immediate risk to safety — and we will always explain these limits clearly before your first session begins.

Yes. All our services are available via secure, private video sessions. Research consistently shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person care for most concerns. You can choose whichever format feels more comfortable — or alternate between both.

Yes. We have specialist child and adolescent psychologists who work with children from age 4 through to young adulthood. We use age-appropriate, evidence-based methods including play therapy, CBT for children, and family-systems approaches. Parents are included and supported throughout the process.
